Rare Diseases & Orphan Products Breakthrough Summit 2018

The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) will be hosting their annual “Rare Diseases and Orphan Products Breakthrough Summit” from October 15th to the 16th, 2018 at the Marriot Wardman Hotel in Washington, DC. It is a must-attend event for all stakeholders in the rare disease community. Each year the faculty features 80+ unique perspectives from FDA and NIH, patient organizations, advocates, and academic researchers and manufacturers who convene to share cutting-edge insights and unique perspectives that can’t be seen in any other venue. This event is your opportunity to:

  • Network with patients, advocates, policy leaders, regulators, industry executives, and researchers.
  • Join hundreds of engaged participants in a multi-faceted and meaningful meeting, with dedicated networking time within a fun and relaxed setting.
  • Gain tangible content, critical updates, and innovative ideas to take back to your work. Equip yourself with new knowledge that can advance the dial in rare disease research and orphan treatment access.
  • Hear real-life stories of patients and families impacted by rare diseases and learn about cutting-edge advancements in genetics, research, drug development, diagnosis, treatment, and access.
